ALL pets required to have a current rabies vaccination
We strongly encourage your pet also be vaccinated for distemper, leptospirosis, bordetella, and be on a monthly flea/tick prevention
Owner should notify facility at time of scheduling if there are any health or behavioral issues. This includes but is not limited to heart disease, heart murmur, seizures, allergies, arthritis, reactivity, aggression, sensitivity to sound, etc.
Health or behavioral concerns do not automatically disqualify your pet from being groomed. We ask so we are prepared and can provide the safest care for your loved one.
ALL pets found to have fleas or ticks will receive a flea/tick bath for the cost of $30 paid by the owner at time of service.
Any fees added to the service are due at the time of service. We do our best to let you know at drop off if we anticipate having to add any but occasionally there are unseen circumstances.
If you fail to pick up your pet by end of day there will be a $50 fee for care provided overnight. If you fail to pick up your pet within 24 hours they will be tuned over to animal control. All fees are due at time of service.
If you need to cancel your appointment that's okay. Please let us know ahead of time so we can offer your space to another client.
In the event that you miss or cancel multiple appointments we may require a 50% deposit for future services.
The groomer has the right to refuse service for any reason at any time, this may result in partial completion of the groom. You may still owe a partial balance for services completed.
You will be required to sign a consent form at drop off that details all of our policies, you may request a copy for yourself to keep.
