We're working with live animals and not all animals are friendly. We do our best to have one out before the other arrives but some things are unpredictable. There is a doorbell on the gate to let us know you've arrived.

We don't allow pet parents to stay during the appointment. It's a tight space and a lot of times pets are more relaxed when there are less distractions. Rest assured though, in our house ALL pets are family.

We will call or text you about 15 minutes before your pet is ready, we ask that you get to us as soon as possible since we have such limited space.

Payment is due when services are complete. We don't want to have you pay ahead in case your pets service can't be completed for any reason. We will go over an estimate at check in or time of booking and send a final amount before pick up
Inside the Salon
The Place
The Coat Closet is a fully equipped salon inside our home.
The salon is closed off from the rest of the house to allow your pet(s) and ours to have a calm, quiet and private area. We have invested in industry standard equipment such as tubs and tables.
Between appointments we use pet safe and veterinary grade cleaners to ensure all pets (ours included) have a safe, healthy environment.
The Products
The Coat Closet thinks pets should be spoiled too. We do like to try new things but all of our products are high quality, luxury brands made specifically with proper pH balance for your pets skin.
